The core values of the Ethical Practice Membership Program are integrity, service and community.  We endeavor to provide mental health services to our clients and build our practices in a manner which adheres to the highest ethical standards.  We are committed to building and sustaining a community for sharing our collective expertise, providing support and serving the public.

The Ethical Practice is a member-driven community.  The tiered pricing structure allows you to determine your level of involvement.  The membership levels are priced such that if you simply commit to the rotating ethics video lessons, your membership experience pays for itself.  There are also mini-courses on practice building and a forms library which provide additional value. However, the primary difference between the Ethical Practice and other memberships is that the program is led by Blaine Hummel, who is both a practicing attorney and mental health clinician.  Blaine has unique insight into legal and ethical issues. 

Yes.  The Ethical Practice is dedicated to service of its members.  We strongly encourage suggestions from members on topics for courses and forms needed for your practice.  We also want our members to provide constructive feedback on the program.

Yes, you can terminate your membership at anytime.  You will have access to the program for the remainder of the 30-day period for which you paid.  In general, we have a no refund policy for that 30-day period.  But, if you are unsatisfied for any reason, please reach out and we will work with you.

We encourage our members to be intentional about dedicating time to the program.  What you put in is what you get out.  If you do the work, you will likely be able to save time in other areas of your practice. The majority of the content is recorded so you can access it on your own schedule.
